No one has said that entering someone else's property without permission is something that a person should do. One list member suggested that he would lie in wait with a firearm for a petty criminal to show up, seemingly with the intent of confronting that person and maybe shooting him or her. Some of us were just suggesting a little temperance and maybe thinking about the person, rather than just up and blowing him or her away. I for one would not want to be the person who shot a kid out involved in kid type misdemeanor behavior. I also would not want to be the one who shot a criminal, if that person was not in the act of trying to physically harm myself or someone else. "Within my rights," does not always convey all the nuances of how reasonable folks behave toward others.
