If you do, take some time to practice on the old pieces first. I found that useful. It didn't take much to start them smoking. But. They were obviously UN-mounted. Parts mounted, the arm takes away some heat. I started my weld on arm, then out to bushing. I lightly clamped a weldors clamp to the bushing body. Likely did squat to take away anymore heat but it kept me happy. That and a wet rag ready and I'm sure nothing got melted. Neil.
