Quieter and it feels a lot slicker. It has been the rich guy gear oil of choice in Porsche Club racing for many years. I used it in my P-car racer, when I was still able to race ($) and it dropped my trans temps by almost 25 degrees... Cool blue color, too, the 201(?) My 5sp only takes a few quarts.
