Trevor, I have no "kit" but do have some of the parts you may need, first off what year van is yours ? Early vans and late vans have different hardware. I have most parts for the later vans but not the early ones. If your main grooved roller is toast I have one new OEM one left in stock and more aftermarket stainless steel ones coming from Germany soon. If that roller still has a good groove, supposed to be sort of a V with a small flat at the bottom of the groove, \_/, not V, if all V it's worn out, if still good and the bearing in the middle is retained with a circlip, I have the bearing, it can be replaced, some rollers do not have replaceable bearings, they are moulded into the roller. The two top bearing guides, I have replacements and new circlips. For a complete list of what I have see my Vanagon New Parts webpage, "Sliding Door Hardware" section. I also have DVD copies of ETKA 7 for $10, complete listings of parts, diagrams with related part numbers. You can call me here anytime during the day, 8 am ~ 6 pm, 613-256-6763, if you need more help.
