Hey Jeff, its pretty straightforward work and you'll be fine.  Its easy
enough to take the upper control arms to your local welder for a quick zap -
they're off the van, right?

After reassembly you'll take it in for an alignment and you're good.

There is an alternative for the control arm bushings too - Chris at T3
Technique is importing PowerFlex Urethane bushings:
