Except the blower motors (which only need "X"), all other features you listed won´t work without the KL15 circuit from the ignition switch. From the switch, there are two doublecrimped black wires. One goes directly to the cluster, the other to Pin A8 of the fuse/relay panel. Could be that the panel needs replacing. Other missing function could be -the hazard switch, which (not sure) won´t be glowing dimmed, -coolant warning light -backup lamps -emergency brake warning lamp

Depending on the defective relay panel, not all of these have to be missing at the same time.
