I've got it pieced back together as much as I can before I leave for the summer (and spend the summer working on a title). Right now it's got one of two rear drive axles in place and is running well as a 3wd. I snapped the cage on one of the CV's during the rebuilding for the other axle and will have to get another CV. These CV's, like most things on this car, further prove it's incredibly low mileage. I would best describe the condition of the CV joints as "new". I've got a working speedo in place and have gained 0.6 of a mile going up and down the street for fun! The brakes are improving as they wear off the rust. The skid plates are all back in place, and I just changed the oil. The electrical systems leave something too be desired, as only one light on the whole car seems to work, just enough to prove that it's not a blown fuse or switch.... (Still could be bulbs). Thanks to the genuine kindness of others, I procured an awesome Car Cover that fits the syncro like a glove! It will keep it nice and clean while it sits for the summer. (THANKS FRED!!!!!!!!!). There a small vaccuum leak preventing the locker from engaging, But I know where it is and just need to source a piece of hose. It's purring like a long abandoned and abused kitten, but purring none the less!
