If you have a Bentley for any 1985+ VW car you can find the wiring diagram that shows the wiring for dual horns and with the same relay panel as 86+ Vanagon. Jetta, Quantum, or Cabriolet, any of those Bentleys that cover 1985+ will have it. I would put a relay closer to the horns myself since matching the stock dual horn relay wiring is more a complex process than it needs to be, among other reasons.
