If I wanted to remove a lot of green stuff from a metal or vinyl
surface (vinyl siding, an RV or whatever) and I thought that a scrub
brush was too small for the amount of work I had to do I'd  wet it
down well, mix a 50/50 solution of regular household bleach and
water. I'd wet it with this, wait 10 min and hose the green stuff off.

I used a lesser concentration with soap to scrub the white poptop on
my bus. Getting it wet, letting the bleach work and then
scrubbing/rinsing it off did a fine job.
