from commercial and home experience the best cleaning/sanitising products I have found are:

1. sodium percarbonate in hot water for initial cleaning and some degree of sanitation. This chemical (simple terms) is like gold old fashioned washing soda (so it is alkaline cleaner) but releases hydrogen peroxide. It rinses easily and is non foaming

2. follow that with a soak/rinse or preoxacetic acid soln (peracetic acid). It too releases hydrogen peroxide and can be "dry in place" or non rinse application (breakdown products are acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide).

working concentrations of both chemicals can be obtained from manufacturer.

They are by far the best I have come across.
