John,

That's a common relay. Give one of the parts vendors a call. They may not list it on the website, but I'm sure they can get one ASAP.

Should be about $6 or $7.

Cheers,

Jeff

Anyone ever hear of this?

I looked on three major list vendor sites and didn't find this listed. It's VW PN 191 937 503. Has a big "18" on the back side.

When the ignition switch is turned on, this thing is activated - load reduction relay. You can feel it click under your finger tips when the ignition is turned on. This relay supplies power for headlight operations, and it also enables the front and rear wipers and the heater blowers,, both front and rear, as well as the wiper washer pumps.

If you know of a source, please let me know.

Thanks,

John
