Yeah, I would start looking at the peripherals. Like David said, also the air filter housing could give you a pleasant clunk if not tethered properly. In short, this motor was recently installed, so look around. Wouldn't it be nice if it wasn't the motor? I had a 2.2 GW motor and it was very nice indeed. Good luck! Miguel
