Subject: my headlights have turned green.
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I recently had to leave the van out in the *gasp* rain for a week to use the shop for other things. One of the headlights has condensation in it and the other is half full of water. I have popped the glass lens off to let the water out, dry and reseal. One one side the bottom of the light reflector (the part where its shinny aluminum) is a light green. I tried to rubbed it with a cloth and the green patch got bigger. I stopped what I was doing and figured that there is a very thin shiny layer on there and I am rubbing it off. Has anyone had any luck restoring it? Brett91 Vanagon.Vancouver BC.
