prolly has a gas heater under there. its canadian afterall, and in canada you could get the gas heater on a waterboxer vanagon.

Its got a huge belly pan behind the gas tank that covers the underside back o near the transmission - is this a common thing. If anyone is looking for a rust free sunroof van this might be one to onsider. Interior is almost mint except a few holes in the headliner. Motor as rebuilt recently and seems to run really good. This guy stored it in his eated garage for the past few years.
