Right -- mobility boot, same idea. Had my right leg and foot in one for a couple months while this thing was healing. It immobilizes the ankle. I did drive my Vanagon while still in the boot, but operating the gas pedal was impossible. So I used my left foot for everything. Took a bit of getting used to but it was worth it for the small sense of independence it gave me after being in a wheel chair for a couple months.

So anyway, no Vanagon content here. Move along, folks, move along.
