A reminder to all:

You can perform a quick & dirty burner box "cleaning" by removing the outer vent cover, stick a vac to the exposed exhaust pipe. When I perform this "maintenance", I generally remove the drain tube cover inside the van to make sure it's not plugged. (you should hear air rushing into it)

If you want access to both the intake & exhaust, you'll have to remove the rest of the exhaust cover parts, but you have to be careful upon reassembly, because when you don't get that good seal, then the flame will probably blow out whilst going down the road with the windows down.

I use a wireless indoor outdoor thermometer to monitor what's going on inside the box, and have installed two switched muffin fans. One's a mini, sitting on top of the coils to insure good airflow inside the box, the other, a replacement for the original in the back.
