Thanks, Jim. It is from a Hi-Lift Loc-Rac that I got the two bolts I'm holding here. They are too long and have carriage heads. But they have that padlock hole drilled radially.

Fastenal are a nice bunch of guys, I tried using them here in Bend when I first moved, but had to go back to my original vendor in San Diego, Ababa QA because the Fastenal kids carry only a small subset of the parts I need for my biz. You got a good idea there, though: I'll give Ababa a call.
