Someone mentioned slippery. Yes it is, and very very light. The wind will mess with you trying to get it to cover a westy. It is very easy to sew—to turn a seam, you just press it with your fingers, no need to iron—but so thin that you can easily sew unintended parts together, making a mess that you will have to cut loose if you don't pay attention. You can't tell it's under the presser foot just by feeling. You have to be really careful.
