Test your low oil pressure switch sender.

And, you are running an oil pressure and temp gauges, correct?

Tencent has a nice setup, but the pics I saw showed air intake above the oil cooler. This means at low speeds, like around town when your oil fan is not running, your engine is sucking hot air rising from the cooler. I left my air intake alone (running a 2.1l DJ code from a syncro with the syncro air filter and hose), and placed the Mocal cooler on the driver's side after relocating the ECU. I'm using stainless braided hoses to minimize pressure loss.

Chris.
