Wind/rain guards over the front door windows. Cuts way down on the noise while driving.

Varible speed windshield wiper relay (the one from Van-Cafe) the "turn on intermittant, let wipe once, turn off until you need it ... method of setting the interval is the best implementation I've ever encountered.
