So I couldn't figure out how to make it work. I used a length of PVC, which diameter fits INSIDE the steel table leg, so that the lock mechanism still presses against the steel leg. That PVC sits just below the cabinet level, so the table can be extended quite far up and still have the PVC stabilize the table pretty well. I don't seem to ever raise the table more than about 14"/15" anyway. I used silicone glue to fasten the foot of the PVC at the bottom. bob |
