After a 'conservative' test (I didn't pop the clutch or wind it out to max rpm at ~ 6800) I 'think' my Gnarly Noise may be gone with the replacement of that soft motor mount. I'll wait till I have my new CV joints installed to really give it the full 'abuse-test'.

BTW, I have a new unused diesel van motor mount, the '82 style with the smaller bolt diameter. I got the wrong one a few years back and I'd like to sell it to someone for $50....I understand they are No Longer Available.
