  Or a Dandelion tool from the garden department of most stores.  Looks like
a  screwdriver with a bend near the tip.  It has rounded end and edges with
a "v" to catch the stem of the weed, or your panel snaps or your hubcaps or
your axle cap or many more 'pry' jobs.

  I use mine about once a week on something.....never used it on a
dandelion, though.
