I use spray grease and fluid film.

but... if it is really making a nasty noise I'd have a look at the lower track at bottom of door. Is it scraped up? Does the lower bearing housing rub its "heel" on the door track, especially at the front?

also... pop off the cover behind the door (2 phillips head screws, one forward, one aft, look up under the cover. bunt the cover upwards, carefully, with palm) and look at the condition on the rail. Maybe you did that when you lubed and cleaned.
