A stretched westy! I'm thin but 6'1 and fit into my westy fine.  I find the biggest thing for me is the fact that the drivers seat can't recline any further.  Luckily I'm used to or its right at where its fine maybe a hair more reclined would be better. I have gorilla length arms.  So that said he should try a vanagon that is a non-westy and see if he fits.  If he does then maybe a modified sink setup so he could get the seat back further is all he'd need. Mrs Squirrel and I have a friend in his 60's who asked me if I had any recommendations for a camping vehicle along the lines of a Westy, but better suited for someone who is 6' 4'' (1.9 m). P-mail if appropriate. -- -- Rocky J Squirrel (Jack Elliott) '84 Westfalia: Mellow Yellow ("The Electrical Banana") '74 Westrailia: (Ladybug Trailer company, San Juan Capistrano, Calif.)
