The wiring shown in the Bentley for an aux battery does not show the battery doing anything at all. That is probably the reason for your question. It seems many vans actually shipped to the US with an aux battery had nothing connected up to use that battery, silly as that sounds. Others had a single cig socket attached to the battery as the only purpose.
