I've heard that Wal-Mart batteries are the way to go, and I might if the Wal-Mart in my town had an auto center that would replace it for free. Yes, I place a value on my time and trouble! I don't relish the thought of having to replace a cheap battery every couple of years, especially the one under the driver's seat that can't be accessed without first removing the seat.

For the camping battery, the AGM type seems the way to go, but they are expensive, just had to replace the one in my 6 year old Prius, cost $138.

So I keep kicking it around in my head, trying figure out the most cost effective way to go. I don't remember what other sizes of batteries fit in the battery box besides 41; can someone let me know please?

Thanks for all your help,

Ellen, Lola & Coee

From: starwagen@gmail.com RE: Batteries Ellen, you are going to get a bunch of answers on this one so put this in the mix. Many think that the best value for the dollar is to buy at Wallmart. Good value for the dollar and their warranty is great. Another great warranty is the batteries at Auto Zone, but more expensive. Others also tout NAPA and their warranty.
