Why not the special foil tape made for the purpose? The kind I used on the flue of my stove at home. It has worked for several years now. I've also used it on mufflers and other exhaust parts on old junker vehicles back in the day. It worked, for a while, allowed me to put off replacing the parts until I had the dough to do it. mcneely |
