All this talk of diesel engines seems like a great lead in for...

I two complete 2WD Vanagon 1.6TD drive-trains with 5 speed transmissions for sale. Both of these were dropped out of good running buses in Germany and include all the bits:

- 1.6TD, complete - Coolant tanks - Air Cleaner and mounts - Snorkel - Engine mounts, bars, etc. (off course) - 5 Speed Transaxle & mount - 5 Speed shift linkage - etc.

It kind of a plug-and-play diesel conversion for the Vanagon.

Asking $4,000/best offer for the complete package.
