Subject: Re: Replacing Canvas on Westy

I just installed one of these last week. Excellent quality and fit, however not 'OEM Westfalia'. Out of three people I asked about the zipper setup on the front window, none liked it. Nothing at all like the OEM window flap with it's perimeter zipper - it has a zipper across the top and then velcro on the sides. The side winow zippers seem a tad on the weak side also. Bummer, guess I won't be buying one of these for my own van after all. I'll have to look at other options. Karl
