It is OEM. It has the late style front window, originally found on late 1990 thru 1991 Westies. Westfalia considered it an improvement. Both sides of the front window flap can be partially lowered evenly, and the flap can be removed and replaced (for example if you catch it in the poptop latch and damage it), whereas on the earlier style it is permanently sewn in. Some people prefer the earflier style, some prefer the later.
