Hey Bryan,

We bought a 10 x 10 Easy Up from GI Joe's a few years ago and its been terrific. Quick and easy to put up and take down and good in blazing sun or Wet Coast rain. That LL Bean version looks very similar except you can opt for nice colours! ;)
