Subject: Trip to Yosemite

Yesterday I had to drive up to Yosemite to bring some meds to my son who lives and works their. My 27 year old van displayed no sign of its age. My wife has trained me to drive slowly in the mountians maybe that is part of the reason the van is still sound after all this time. We got it in Sacramemto in 84 for 16200.00 Some of the best money we ever spent. It was been hot here at last and the fan went on and off about 6 times pulling the hills and than cooled off after running over the tops. Last weekend I had to replace the Expansion tank as I could not get the cap to seal tightly on the threads. I am liveing in a prayer.Who knows maybe the van will never die .I am getting close to 275,000 miles. Still Rolling in my Dreams. Bill Witz 84 Westy Tiico "Old Paint"
