MAYBE ......... IF the vanagon is going DOWNHILL!!! :-) IF the vanagon is going UPHILL, there will be some 'distance' put between the vanagon and the 'average car' as I watch the tail lights of the car disappear on ahead of me! :-) M

It wasn't me, but I will tell you that a well-driven Vanagon will put some distance between it and an average car on that road.
