Getting tread yto dig out the seam sealer and attempt to do the rust thing on the 90 GL. I started digging some of it out last night, but wondered what the ultimate tool for digging is? I have some skinny hook tools that seem to be sort a getting it out. Also how do you know if you have it all out? I have several thin cutting wheels that might get most of the rust and then a carbide 1/8" tip for the Dremel to get the rest. Anything else I need to deal with? I have the POR Seam stuff. Wondered if judicious use of a heat gun would coax it out any quicker? After the POR paint sets up, any special tricks for the application of the seam stuff? Masking tape gap? TIA DM&FS |
