All dimensions are referenced to the wheel seating shoulder on the column. You *can* adjust the clearance from wheel to the plastic steering column shroud by adjusting the lock position on the column tube. This affects how deeply the pins on the bottom of the column engage the rubber of the universal joint. I'm much prettier than Yoda. Yrs, David |
