I know of dozens of people who went with the TIICO and many had grief, whether they installed it themselves or paid a conversion shop to do it. There were all kinds of problems, from various broken parts due to vibrations, electrical faults, engine fires, broken pistons, cracked heads, it goes on and on.......We have been discussing the TIICO vibration issues on this list and others for 10 years, namely since day one of the kits. Similar vibration issues arise on all types of inline 4 VW conversions that I am aware of. Not everyone seems to have the issues or at least they don't all notice them or don't want to talk about them. The closer the pulley and exhaust systems are to stock VW setups the happier people tend to be.
