There are about 25 feet of seams on the van. The best way I found to get them out is a thin cutting wheel sharpened. Needs patience and go deep enough and do all of them. Then do some anti rust treatment, then do POR 15, twice, then do the seam sealer filling, then do the painting. All the while the whole thing would be bordered with masking tape on both sides.

I do this as a standard on all the vans I repaint. But some of the seams are rusting from the inside, as is the one under the camper hook-ups. The area behind the fridge can be a nightmare of a rusty world there.
