'86-up uses a single-piston design where the caliper slides sideways (to take up pad/disc wear) on guide pins mounted to a frame that bolts to the steering knuckle. Pads insert into the frame and the caliper mounts above them (to change pads you undo one of the guide pins and swivel the caliper on the other one).
