On my blog Jim http://shufti.wordpress.com/2010/08/19/adding-middle-seat-rails-to-a-westy/
I did this to my '82 westy years ago, but never did find a seat to install :) Here is the floor as installed in my '82 westy http://www.members.shaw.ca/albell/mods5.html Last summer I moved them over to my '86 syncro which being a 7 pass van, had a 2 person bench and seat rails, but only had the rubber composition floor pads, not the westy plywood panels. here it is installed in the syncro. I was pleased that the luan plywood facing of the panels has held up (10 years of use) pretty well. http://shufti.wordpress.com/2010/08/11/westy-new-old-floor/ The original 2 person bench still fits in, but due to the westy kitchen, it is positioned closer to the sliding door. This means it is a squeeze to get past it and into the rear seat. I believe there are benches with a folding seat back to allow better ingress. alistair
