If you have a bit of surging when coasting, most likely the throttle position sensor is in need of adjustment. Especially if you notice this with your foot slightly on the gas pedal.

If adjsted properly, it should turn the injectors off with the accelerator closed and rpms above 1500.

|Sometimes, though, when I'm coasting down a hill, it almost |sounds like I'm misfiring. I can't tell if it's just my crappy |exhaust that's clinking around and making it sound like that |or what. It didn't make sense that it would misfire when |coasting, but not at idle. Is this probably just my exhaust |playing tricks on me, or have you seen this happen before?
