BTW that exchange of information issue is actually a real safety problem as
you have mentioned ...
i should think it would be a good idea to speak with your elected persons
and let them know about this incredibly large hole in the fence ...
it would seem to me that a better idea would be for the information to be
transfered to a sealed envelope then to an officer who would pass along to
the appropriate agencies if required ...
this is simply a question of privacy and personal safety ...
