David & Mark, After the panel checked out and I got proper voltage and current at the fridge relay, I checked at the alt and now got zero... hmm. That's different than before - I know I had voltage last time I checked. Pulled apart the wiring and found a cracked solder junction where I'd spliced into the oem harness. Cut back some hardened wire and spliced in some new stuff, heat shrinked, and it's all good now. Wish I'd checked this before pulling things apart! Thanks for all the help.
