what are 'moon discs' ?

there were once upon a time 'moon hubcaps' .. those were full size, flush. usually aluminum hubcaps, like for dry lake bed race cars, for aerodynamics, like in the 50's.

and there are Baby Moon hubcaps. so do you mean the common VW vanagon chrome hubcap ?

fwiw .. the 84/85/86 etc plastic full size stock Vanagon hubcaps for 14 inch steel wheels.. personally call those Silver Dome hubcaps.

so what are you asking really ?
