Rocky -

That's one of two fuel vapor expansion tanks.  There is one in each
front wheel well.  Look in your Bentley and you will see where the
pipes/hoses go to complete a "closed" vapor recovery system (or I can
PM a PDF of the ETKA Diagram if you need it).
