The 150 ohm resistor is the biggest component of all those ones that are lined up together in the center section of the blue foil. It is in a small gap in the foil so it's heat won't cook the plastic foil. Your year has a diode in the circuit that prevents you from simply measuring ohms between those 2 pins on the 14 pin connector. Instead you need to measure from pin 8 and from one leg of the diode, the leg closest to the tach. The diode is the one right next to the 150 ohm resistor.
