Cunegonde needs a spare 90W+ alternator. Since this is a standard VW part across many models, where're some good VW used part locations near Portland OR?

Also, what's the usual service life for 1.9l waterpumps? Installed new one leas than 10k miles ago, severe, leaking, failure all ready. 

I assume the issue may be dragging alternator, hence irregular or too-tight  V-belt. System voltage is low, battery charges very slowly underway.
