I think so. If the leak was at the water supply joints, then the drips would be under the sink.

It's been a while since I examined one, I replaced mine with an eurovan assembly (extendable). I may be wrong, but i don't recall a way of taking the plastic faucet apart to replace any seals.

I hope there is a way and someone will pipe up.

Other's have replaced faucet with a shur-flo model (# escapes me).

Ron has the stock faucets.
