Well with the car off, no current should be moving between the two batteries right? There are 2amps and being measured across the relay. As well as between any one battery and the ground. So what should I be testing? You seem to be indicating that I should just be checking the quality of the ground? It's sound. It's where the volts appear to be going. -Craig
