I second the reccy from Jim for those Hakkapellita Cs...I have two of the CQs that are 2yrs old now and still going, in year around use on my low top westie interior van.

Be aware they, Nokian, make (made?) a passenger car tire, Hakkapellita One,. a tire that has a lesser load rating and these are not good on a van. I got 4 of these, used, from a lister who had them emergency-installed during a road trip...Sold to her as 'make do' tires during a snowy road trip...I got four from her, mainly wanting the wheels they were mounted on, but I went ahead and used the tires on my van because they had great tread left...Every single one soon (within a week or two) developed tread seperation (a bulge in the tire). These were older tires, but still...all four developed bulges and tread seperation (none blew out) So check the load rating and get the right Hakkas. Best snow traction tires I've encountered and pretty durable on dry pavement, too.
